Chuck Joyce
Owner
Chuck has been the sole owner since February 1, 1996. At the time he took ownership of the business, he wanted to choose a name that would accurately describe the way he would do business. After much deliberation, he settled on "Fai†h Automotive" to reflect not only his Christian beliefs, but also what he hoped others would put into him and his employees after having bad experiences with the previous owner/business. He became a licensed minister in September 2015.
Chuck has lived in the Hustisford area for over 45 years. He has three daughters, nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Steve Mueller
Shop manager
Steve was previously employed at this location prior to it becoming Fai†h Automotive. He has over 40 years experience as a mechanic and has been ASE-certified for over 25 years. He is a "Ford guy" but his knowledge is not limited to that vehicle make; Steve is well-known for his professional, effective, and trusted repair work on all vehicle makes and models.
Steve and his wife, Kathy, have lived in the Hustisford area for many years and celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary in August 2021. They are the happy parents to a variety of their "fur babies."
Bekki Zamora
Office manager
Bekki worked part-time in both the garage and office during her teenage years. She has been the office manager for over 20 years, handles the majority of the shop's LifeSafer operations, and occasionally lends a helping hand with diagnostics. She is Chuck's second daughter.
Bekki and her husband, Miguel, live in Horicon. They have four children and two grandchildren.
